This piece is a criticism on the pedophilic nature of beauty standards. Western beauty standards are inherently pedophilic- they praise women with the attributes of children. Specifically- fair/young skin, body hair-less, petite, naive, no grey hair, skinny, no stretch marks, doll-like features, among many other unrealistic standards. These standards are disgusting, and it is sad how quick the media is to profit off of them. This piece depicts a woman who is being photographed and transformed into a child like version of herself, in order to be sold to the masses.
