Steam
(an original poem by Alice)
published 06.30.21
They came together in a passion of frenzy,
Heat and water;
Together.
White hot heat, to damp,
Cold,
Bleak.
A depressed, damp cloud of silver-white obscurity,
I float now;
My particles slip away,
The crisp blue air collects my pieces.
Violently now and oh so rapid.
Torn apart,
This way that;
This way that.
Till all that I am is gone.
All that is left:
A void of empty molecules.
